In Europe:
Shipping costs €9.99 and is free on purchases over €79.00.

*It is possible to pay on delivery by cash on delivery, at an additional cost of €4.99 (Italy only).

Orders are generally processed within 24h, maximum 48h, of receipt of payment.

We ship by express courier in 1-5 working days in Italy, 3-7 working days in the rest of Europe.

We offer two different types of shipping:

Home delivery: you will receive your package directly at home. For this type of shipment we rely on the main national and international couriers: SDA, BRT, DHL, UPS, TNT.

Pickup Point: you will receive your package at the closest collection point to the address entered during checkout. For this type of shipment, we rely on InPost and its network of collection points throughout Europe.
You can select this shipping method for example if you are not at home during the delivery time slots.

*Pickup Point delivery is available in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Belgium.
*By opting for the ''Pickup point'' mode, the system will automatically choose the one closest to the address entered as the collection point.

If this occurs, after the appropriate checks by contacting the courier, you will be refunded for the full amount of your order.

If you don't like the item you purchased, you have 14 days to return it.

You can make a return request in a very simple way using this link.
Fill in the required fields and choose how to receive the refund, whether by bank transfer or by debiting your Paypal account.
Once the request has been approved you will automatically receive a refund.

We do not charge any handling fees for returns; only the shipping cost will be charged (€4,99 Italy - €9,99 Europe).
