SHIPPING TIME AND COST

Italy: 2.99€ - free above 49.00€.
Europe: 7.99€ - free above 79.00€.
United Kingdom: 13.99€ - free above 79.00€.

All orders are generally processed within one business day after receipt of payment and are shipped via domestic/international express courier with traceable shipping. Orders are shipped by Vintageecoes Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed beginning the following Monday morning.

Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, except on local or national holidays.

TYPES OF SHIPPING

We offer two different types of shipping:

home delivery (couriers: SDA, BRT, UPS, DHL)
delivery at pickup point (courier: Inpost).

Delivery at Inpost pickup point is available in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands and Belgium. In case of delivery at pickup point the point closest to the address provided during checkout will be automatically selected.

CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once the order has been processed, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with an order summary and tracking information. Shipping information may take up to 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation to show up on the shipping company's website.
