SHIPPING METHODS
SHIPPING TIME AND COST
For orders placed in Italy, shipping costs €4.99 and is free above €49.00; we ship to the rest of Europe at a flat rate of €9.99, with free shipping above €79.00!
All orders are generally processed within one business day after receipt of payment and are shipped via domestic/international express courier with traceable shipping.
Orders are shipped by Vintageecoes Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed beginning the following Monday morning.
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, except on local or national holidays, to the address provided by the customer when ordering.
TYPES OF SHIPPING
We offer two different types of shipping: home delivery (couriers: SDA, BRT, UPS, DHL) and delivery at pickup point (Inpost).
Inpost pickup point delivery is available in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Belgium. In case of delivery at pickup point, the point closest to the address provided during checkout will be automatically selected.
SAFE PACKAGING
All packaging is made from recycled and/or recyclable materials, is large enough to comfortably hold the purchased product and provide adequate protection from impact or weathering.
CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once the order has been processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with an order summary and tracking information.
Shipping information may take up to 24 hours from receipt of shipment confirmation to be updated on the shipping company's website, with no responsibility on Vintageecoes' part.
