RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you did not like the item you purchased or for some reason you intend to return it, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. There is no handling fee for the return, only the delivery cost will be retained (4,99€ in Italy - 9,99€ in Europe).
RETURN REQUEST
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply fill out the return request directly here on our Store.
You can indicate the reasons for the return and choose how you want to receive your refund in a very practical and simple way; you also don't have to worry about generating the shipping label yourself, as we will do it directly!
Once the return request has been approved, you will in fact receive a label to print and apply on the package; once this is done, all you have to do is send it to the following address:

Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging (envelopes and packages), with no signs of wear or soiling. Shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the items, we will refund the amount due, within 30 (thirty) days of withdrawal, by the method selected above.
