RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you did not like the item you purchased or for some reason you intend to return it, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it.
There is no handling fee for the return, only the delivery cost will be retained (€4.99 in Italy - €9.99 in Europe).
RETURN REQUEST
To exercise your right of withdrawal, all you have to do is fill out the return request directly here on our Store.
You will be able to indicate the reasons for the return and choose how you want to receive your refund in a very practical and simple way; you will also not have to worry about generating the shipping label yourself, as we will do it directly!
Once the return request has been approved you will in fact receive a label to print and apply on the package; once this is done all you have to do is send it to the following address:

The company will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, within 30 (thirty) days of withdrawal, by the method selected above.
Where the package is returned after the 14th day, counted from the date of original delivery of the goods, the right of withdrawal will be forfeited. In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, The Company will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the same for shipping costs and, where already refunded, the price of the product.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages), without any signs of wear or dirt, in accordance with the conditions below: the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety.
The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by the 'Company, is under the full responsibility of the customer, in case of damage to the goods during transport, the Company will notify the customer, to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier and obtain a refund, the product will return to the possession of the customer, and the request for withdrawal will be canceled.
The Company will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during shipment for return.
